Job summary

Persuasion Technologies by Incubeta is hiring a Paid Media Manager - Search (Junior or Mid) to build, run and optimise paid search campaigns for Australian and APAC brands. The role is hands‑on, part of a small pod led by a Senior Pod Lead, focused on Google Ads and performance‑driven outcomes, based in Kuala Lumpur with mostly remote working.

You will join a tight pod, manage budgets and bids, and use GA4, Merchant Center and Looker Studio to drive measurable APAC results.

Qualifications

Hands-on Google Ads management for Search, Shopping and Performance Max.
Experience setting up campaigns from briefs to naming, tracking and structure.
Familiarity with GA4 and conversion tracking health checks.

Responsibilities

Build Search, Shopping and Performance Max campaigns from briefs to naming, tracking and structure standards; self-check before every handover.
Manage budgets, bids, keywords and search terms daily; escalate changes before live when needed.
Keep Google Merchant Center feeds, conversion tracking and GA4 healthy; flag issues to Pod Lead.
Set up automated rules and run health checks after launches and promotions.
Run ad copy, bidding and landing page tests and share learnings with the pod.
