Job summary

Fast Retailing seeks an Order-To-Cash (OTC) Operation Senior Analyst for its Global Business Services in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. The role oversees end-to-end OTC in 18+ countries, coordinating with store ops, vendors, and HQ to ensure accurate daily reconciliation and timely settlements.

Responsibilities include data master maintenance, journals, and reconciliation reporting, with emphasis on process improvements and compliance to standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of practical experience in Accounting/Finance or SSC with OTC exposure.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Proficiency with SAP HANA/FIORI and analytics tools; ability to analyse data and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end OTC operations across 18+ countries including reconciliation and closing activities.
• Collaborate with store ops, vendors, and HQ to ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoicing and settlements.
• Maintain master data, journals, and reconciliation reports to support financial integrity.
• Drive process improvements, document workflows, and support global OTC standardization.
• Manage issue resolution with stakeholders and perform root-cause analysis to prevent recurrences.
• Provide expert SAP guidance within the OTC domain and mentor junior team members.
