Job summary

VF Brands Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Associate to drive Order to Cash (OTC) operations. You will apply accounting expertise in month-end closings, GL activities, and financial reporting while collaborating with auditors and regional teams.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years OTC experience, strong Mandarin communication, and keen analytical skills. The role offers hybrid work and growth opportunities within VF’s regional finance operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 1–2 years of OTC experience.
• Auditing firm experience is a strong plus.
• Mandarin reading/writing/speaking preferred to engage Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders and auditors to support audits and statutory reporting.
• Lead process improvements and automation for stronger controls.
• Support finance operations across markets with Mandarin communication.
• Manage daily cash application and customer clearing activities.
• Investigate unapplied cash, discrepancies and deductions.
• Support month/quarter/year-end closing, ensure policy compliance.
• Participate in system enhancements, UAT, and process improvements.
• Provide guidance to team members to boost performance.
