Job summary

User Experience Researchers Pte Ltd in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia seeks an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to drive core HR configurations and technical developments across multiple implementations. You will configure key modules, manage data structures, and work with integration tools to ensure a seamless HCM solution.

The role involves hands-on development, API integrations, and source control, with a focus on delivering robust Core HCM configurations and payroll interfaces within Oracle

Qualifications

• Must have 8+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience.
• Deep knowledge of Global Core HR, Compensation & Benefits, and Absence Management.
• Hands-on experience across multiple Oracle Cloud HCM implementation cycles.
• Strong experience in both functional configuration and technical development.
• Proficiency with REST APIs and SOAP APIs and HCM integrations.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and configuration of Oracle Cloud HCM Core modules.
• Configure Global Core HR, Compensation & Benefits, and Absence Management.
• Manage Lookups, Value Sets, Work Structures, Security, and Areas of Responsibility.
• Work with Redwood and Visual Builder Studio for Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Utilize Designer Studio, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, and Spreadsheet Loader for Core HCM.
• Support full lifecycle implementation activities and payroll interfaces.
• Work with REST and SOAP APIs for integrations.
• Handle source control via Git workflows.
