Rolling Arrays is seeking a Senior Interface Developer to lead the Oracle HCM integration build workstream. You will architect the OIC solution, define build standards, review deliverables, manage the deployment pipeline, and act as the technical integration authority for delivery teams and client IT architecture.

You will own the integration architecture, grow a team beneath you, and shape discussions with client enterprise architects, with a clear pathway to senior architectural roles.

Qualificações

• 4-5 years of Oracle Integration Cloud development with technical leadership on at least two live programmes.
• Proven OIC solution architecture capability—designing connection strategy, error framework, and deployment pipelines.
• Advanced XSLT, adapter, and fault handling capabilities; review complex integrations for architecture issues.
• Defined integration test cycles and led defect resolution to UAT sign-off.
• Proven documentation and handover capability for client IT teams.

Responsabilidades

• Architect the OIC integration solution and governance framework across the programme.
• Define and enforce build standards, naming conventions, and deployment checklists.
• Build and review complex OIC flows; guide junior developers on design conformance.
• Own the deployment pipeline from Dev to Prod, including versioning and rollback.
• Present architecture decisions to client IT architects and maintain risk registers.
• Create the technical handover package and post-go-live support model.
