Job summary

User Experience Researchers Pte.Ltd is seeking a senior Oracle HCM Cloud specialist in Malaysia to design and manage automated workflows using OIC, integrate REST APIs, and develop data processing scripts. The role requires deep HR domain knowledge and hands-on experience with Journeys, OTBI, BI Publisher, and HDL.

The ideal candidate translates business requirements into robust technical designs and works closely with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless HR data processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Deep knowledge of Global Core HR, Compensation & Benefits, Absence Management, and Time and Labor.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Journeys, OTBI, BI Publisher, and HDL.
• Experience with functional configuration is an added advantage.
• Experience with bi-directional interfaces for Payroll is an added advantage.
• Experience with REST APIs and SOAP is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage automated workflows in Oracle Integration Cloud using low-code data mapping tools.
• Integrate Oracle Fusion REST APIs for data retrieval and updates.
• Develop basic scripts using Camunda FEEL for data processing.
• Create and maintain reports using OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Manage data activities, including cleansing, transformation, and reconciliation with HDL.
• Implement fault handling, exception management, and monitoring for integrations.
• Bridge business requirements and technical teams to translate needs into designs.

• Integrate Oracle Fusion REST APIs for data retrieval and updates.
• Develop basic scripts using Camunda FEEL for advanced data processing.
• Create and maintain reports using OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Manage data activities, including data cleansing, transformation, and reconciliation, using HCM Data Loader (HDL).
• Implement fault handling, exception management, and monitoring for integration processes.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into functional designs.
