Job summary

Airswift is seeking a highly skilled Marine Engineer for offshore and vessel projects in Malaysia. The role focuses on design, integration, procurement, and delivery of marine systems, with strong emphasis on interface management and QHSSE compliance.

Candidates should have 8+ years in offshore environments, with experience as an Engineering Officer onboard ships, and proven ability to manage scope, schedule, and budgets while coordinating with vendors and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years in offshore, shipbuilding or related marine roles.
• Engineering Officer onboard vessel experience.
• Proven ability to manage marine scope to schedule and budget.
• Procurement and tender documentation for marine packages experience.
• Coordinate with vendors, classification bodies and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, integration and delivery of marine systems.
• Prepare Scope of Work and technical documentation.
• Support QHSSE during onshore and offshore activities.
• Interface with internal teams and external parties.
• Mobilise offshore on short notice and manage interfaces.
