Airswift in Malaysia is seeking an experienced HSE professional to support offshore oil and gas project activities, focusing on HSSE systems, risk management, and regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes constructing compliant bid documents and coordinating with government and clients.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in HSE or engineering, plus relevant professional certifications and extensive experience in risk assessment, hazard control, and HSE monitoring.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HSE, Engineering, Science or related field recognized by MQA.
• Registered with Board of Engineers or international body preferred.
• Professional HSE certification (e.g., SHO, CHRA) is an added advantage.
• Experience with risk assessment, hazard control, and HSE monitoring tools.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare potential project bidding documents and ITT to ensure compliance and relevance.
• Obtain approvals from Gov't, CLASS, MWS and client for installation requirements.
• Collect and correlate all T&I documents into as-built files for the project team.
• Implement and monitor HSSE management systems, procedures, and safety plans.
• Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Monitor HSSE performance, prepare KPI reports and safety statistics.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness and response planning activities and operational readiness.
