Job summary

Kaifa Technology (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects end-to-end. The role involves acting as the primary interface between customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure alignment, on-time delivery, and issue resolution.

You will support the Project Manager in developing the Project Executive Plan, chair project team meetings, and drive task execution while maintaining meticulous documentation and change control through ECN

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years working experience.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, proactive, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid organization skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage New Product Introduction (NPI) projects end-to-end, taking responsibility for delivery and issue resolution.
• Serve as the primary interface between customers, suppliers, and internal cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and ensure smooth project execution.
• Assist the Project Manager in developing and implementing the Project Executive Plan (PEP), ensuring clear scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
• Chair regular project team meetings, driving task execution and ensuring all open items are closed according to the project schedule.
• Conduct weekly customer progress meetings; prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items internally and externally.
• Serve as the primary interface between the customer, suppliers, and internal cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Production) to maintain alignment and smooth information flow.
• Drive the cross-functional project team to meet or exceed customer requirements in product quality, delivery, and cost.
• Coordinate daily work activities, procurement, and operational tasks with all project-related personnel to ensure on-time project completion.
• Coordinate material and tooling readiness and manage logistics and shipment of engineering samples to customers, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation.
• Prepare part number creation and BOM with high accuracy.
• Manage product specifications and control all product changes through the ECN process, ensuring cross-functional assessment and smooth implementation.
