Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring a Technical Program Manager/Engineer for Molex Malaysia–Penang to drive PSBU High Power projects from feasibility through NPI. You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and ensure delivery to quality and client expectations.

You will coordinate with global product managers and engineering teams, qualify tools, and guide PDP practices while fostering collaboration across manufacturing and plant teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Experience leading projects or similar engineering roles.
• Familiarity with PDP/NPI processes and project governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects through full lifecycle from feasibility to NPI.
• Define scope, objectives, and deliverables with timelines and budget.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and chair project meetings.
• Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and report to stakeholders.
• Ensure quality standards and alignment with customer expectations.
• Drive change management and mentor team members on PDP practices.
