Job summary

Broadcom Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior / Staff NPI Product Engineer to take new RF products from design to high-volume manufacturing. You will lead product bring-up, characterize RF performance, and implement test strategies for robust mass production.

The role emphasizes data-driven problem solving, Six Sigma practices, and cross-functional collaboration with R&D and manufacturing teams. Strong English communication and a hands-on mindset are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4–8 years of RF Test Development, Product Characterization, or Product Engineering experience.
• Proficient in reading schematics and RF components; strong data analysis skills.
• Experience with statistical analysis and Six Sigma is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead new products from R&D into mass production with cross-functional teams.
• Develop RF test strategies and characterization plans before manufacturing release.
• Conduct manufacturing risk assessments and ensure smooth ramp-up to high-volume production.
• Apply data analysis and Six Sigma methods to troubleshoot bottlenecks and improve reliability.
• Drive continuous improvement linking design, test data, and production processes.
