Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Malaysia seeks an experienced NPI & Process Engineer to drive new product introduction and process development. You will support CNC machining, welding and assembly processes, review specs, and ensure production readiness with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in manufacturing/engineering, strong GD&T knowledge, and experience with process qualification and DOE.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in mechanical/manufacturing/related engineering discipline.
• Experience with NPI, process development and production ramp-up.
• Knowledge of GD&T, drawings and tolerance stack-ups.
• Familiarity with QA methods and tooling for manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Manage NPI activities from product introduction through ramp-up.
• Review drawings, BOMs, specs and manufacturing standards.
• Develop process flow, routings and work instructions.
• Review supplier processes and proposals for capability.
• Mentor junior engineers and support cross-functional teams.
