Job summary

You will deliver Day-2 support, design and troubleshoot complex data-center and routing solutions, and mentor junior engineers to raise delivery quality. The role requires strong expertise in Nexus platforms, VXLAN/EVPN, ACI Fabric, and programmatic automation (Python/Ansible/Go).

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical consulting, design, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of L2/L3 networking protocols and technologies (VPC, STP, HSRP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP).
• Experience with Cisco ACI Fabric and VXLAN/EVPN architectures.

Responsibilities

• Engages with customers to create value and deliver outcomes across the lifecycle.
• Provide Day-2 support on Cisco products using technical expertise, AI, and automation.
• Leads optimization of Cisco services to align with customer goals.
• Develops technical content and guidance supporting engagements.
• Creates customer-facing documentation aligned with CX standards.
• Mentors other engineers and translates team goals into work assignments.
