Job summary

Tune Protect seeks a Senior Network & Server Support Engineer to manage and optimize our network, server, storage, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure. You will ensure high availability, security, and performance across business-critical systems.

You will provide Level 2/3 support, lead incident resolution, perform RCA, plan upgrades, DR readiness, and mentor team members while collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of enterprise network and infrastructure support experience.
• Hands-on experience with Huawei, Aruba, Palo Alto, FortiGate, SonicWall, F5, WAN/LAN/WLAN/VPN, and network security.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize enterprise network, server, storage, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure for high availability and security.
• Provide Level 2/3 support for infrastructure incidents and requests with minimal disruption.
• Administer LAN/WAN/WLAN, VPN, routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers; enforce security controls and ACLs.
