We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer / Network TAC Engineer with strong expertise in Cisco Networking, Collaboration and Security technologies.

Certification: Cisco CCIE or equivalent certification preferred

Key Responsibilities & Technical Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Networking, Network TAC or a related technical support environment.
• Strong experience in Cisco networking technologies.
• Hands-on experience with complex network troubleshooting, incident resolution and technical escalation.
• Strong understanding of Cisco Collaboration technologies.
• Familiarity with Core Signaling, Media and Transport protocols.
• Experience troubleshooting collaboration-related network and communication issues.

3. Network Security

• Strong knowledge of Cisco Security solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco ASA / FTD.
• Experience with enterprise firewall and network security technologies.

4. Identity & Zero Trust Security

• Experience with Cisco ISE.
• Knowledge of Cisco Zero Trust solutions.
• Exposure to Cisco Secure Access or similar security platforms.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing capabilities.
• Ability to work in a global technical support environment.
