Job summary

RHB Asset Management is seeking a highly motivated Senior Team Member, Net Asset Valuation to oversee key operational processes including corporate actions, fee calculations, IPO cornerstone activities, FX rate maintenance, and static data management.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, operational accuracy, and continuous improvement while supporting efficient portfolio administration. Excellent collaboration with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fund operations, net asset valuation, or investment operations.
• Strong understanding of corporate actions, asset management workflows, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with FX rate maintenance and static data management.
• Ability to review and authorize complex financial transactions and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee corporate actions across all portfolios to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage fee calculations and IPO cornerstone activities per procedures.
• Monitor FX rates and ensure data accuracy for all securities.
• Maintain securities, unit trust funds, and investment mandate static data.
• Review and authorize transactions and operational activities as needed.
• Act as reviewer for team instructions to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Validate static data setups for stocks and unit trusts.
• Ensure timely processing of corporate action events and related obligations.
• Capture all transactions and instructions accurately and expediently.
• Support issue resolution with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for seamless operations.
• Provide cross-functional support within RHB Asset Management Operations.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, risk, and governance requirements.
