Qualifications

• 6–9 years of experience as a System Analyst in banking, treasury, or capital markets.

• Knowledge of trade lifecycle management, treasury, and Front Office trading processes.
• Experience with Windows Server 2012 environments.
• Proficiency in SQL querying and data analysis using Microsoft SQL Server 2012.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate business requirements for Front Office and Back Office initiatives within the Murex platform.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and scalable system solutions.
• Design, configure, enhance, and support Murex Front Office applications and processes.
• Partner with traders, operations, technology teams, and project stakeholders to deliver business-critical solutions.
• Conduct impact assessments, functional testing, system integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues through effective root cause analysis and problem management.
• Support integration activities between Murex and upstream/downstream systems.
• Develop and maintain functional documentation, process workflows, and support materials.
• Participate in release planning, deployment activities, and change management processes.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, governance standards, and operational best practices.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting, enhancing, and optimizing the Murex Front Office (FO) platform while collaborating closely with traders, operations teams, developers, and business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Must-Have

• 6-9 years of experience as a System Analyst within banking, treasury, or capital markets environments.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Murex Front Office (FO) modules.
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Solid understanding of: Trade lifecycle management, Treasury and capital markets products and Front Office trading processes
• Experience supporting applications hosted on Windows Server 2012 environments.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2012, including SQL querying, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Treasury Front Office operations.
• Knowledge of: Trade Simulation and Trade Profit & Loss (P&L) processes
• Exposure to Murex Back Office (BO) modules and end‑to‑end trade processing workflows.
• Experience with application integration, release management, and production support.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Understanding of financial risk management, treasury products, and capital markets operations.
