Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd in Klang, Selangor, Malaysia is seeking a Construction Lead with 4–5 years of site experience to manage AWS project sites. Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in mechanical/civil engineering or construction management.
• 3–5 years of construction experience with 1–2 years in a site leadership role.
• Experience on multi-site industrial, infrastructure, or data center projects.
• Proficient in MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction activities across AWS project sites.
• Coordinate with AWS, contractors, consultants and internal teams to resolve site issues and maintain progress.
• Monitor project schedules, manpower, equipment utilization; implement corrective actions.
• Prepare progress reports and support planning, forecasting and risk mitigation.
• Assist in ad-hoc project requirements assigned by Project Manager.
• Drive safety, quality and productivity across all sites.
