Job summary

Hamilton Barnes is seeking an experienced Managed Security Services Architect to join our APAC cybersecurity practice from Malaysia. You will shape complex security solutions, lead customer engagements and develop commercially viable service offerings across ANZ and beyond.

You will design end-to-end managed security services, integrate SIEM/SOAR, MDR, XDR/EDR, cloud security and incident response, and collaborate with global teams, solution architects, sales and partners to deliver scalable

Qualifications

• Experience in MSSP or security consulting within global environments.
• Strong knowledge of SOC operations, threat detection, incident response.
• Ability to translate requirements into scalable security services.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end managed security services for new business opportunities and renewals across ANZ.
• Develop SOC and managed detection and response operating models including threat detection, incident response, threat hunting, governance and SLAs.
• Integrate SIEM/SOAR, MDR, XDR/EDR, identity security, vulnerability management, threat intelligence, cloud security and incident response into cohesive service offerings.
• Shape security solutions across Microsoft Sentinel/Defender XDR, Palo Alto Cortex/XSIAM, Google Security Operations.
• Collaborate with global and regional cybersecurity teams, SOC specialists, solution architects, sales teams and partners to develop scalable service architectures.
• Lead customer workshops, technical discussions, solution presentations and architecture reviews with CISOs, CIOs and technology leaders.
• Support transition and transformation activities including log onboarding, use case migration, tooling integration and operational readiness.
• Identify opportunities to leverage automation, orchestration and AI-enabled security operations to improve detection and response times.
• Contribute to proposals, solution documentation, commercial modeling, risk assessments and delivery handovers.
