Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an experienced Managed Security Services Solution Architect to shape end-to-end security offerings for APAC, based in Malaysia. You will lead architecture for SOC, SIEM/SOAR, MDR/XDR/EDR, and identity/GRC, aligning regional needs with global capabilities and partner ecosystems.

The role involves designing operating models, transitioning programs, and driving automation using AI-enabled security operations. Opportunities for regional relocation may exist for high performers.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in managed security services architecture across global environments.
• Strong knowledge of modern security operations and managed detection and response.
• Working knowledge of major security platforms including Microsoft Sentinel and Defender, Cortex/XSIAM and Chronicle.
• Good understanding of identity and access management, GRC, vulnerability and exposure management, cloud and network security.
• Experience designing managed service operating models, governance and transition processes.
• Commercial awareness linking scope, telemetry, licensing and delivery locations to a credible managed security cost model.
• Strong English communication and workshop facilitation skills for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead managed security service architecture for renewals and new pursuits.
• Design SOC and managed security operating models including detection, response and governance.
• Integrate SOC, SIEM/SOAR, MDR, XDR, EDR, identity, GRC and cloud security into a coherent service.
• Shape platform solutions across Microsoft Sentinel/Defender, Cortex/XSIAM and Chronicle.
• Collaborate with global teams to assemble regional and global service models.
• Oversee discovery, telemetry onboarding, use-case migration and service stabilization.
• Design AI-enabled security operations, playbooks and automation to improve MTTA/MTTR.
• Lead client workshops, architecture design, and handover to delivery teams.
