Job summary

Alcon Malaysia is seeking a Technician III in Molding & Tooling Engineering to handle complex mold tooling design and molding processes, applying advanced technical skills to support manufacturing operations.

The role requires a minimum diploma in Engineering, at least 2 years of experience, and a willingness to work a 12-hour weekly rotational shift; electrical and PLC experience is a plus. The position is based in Johor.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma in Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience
• Electrical & PLC experience is preferred
• Willing to work 12-hour weekly rotational shift

Responsibilities

• Handle highly complex technical tasks related to mold tooling design and molding processes, supporting operations and contributing to efficiency within defined procedures
• Make significant decisions within the scope of your tasks, requiring advanced technical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following SOPs and maintaining accurate and complete documentation
• Ensure rigorous quality control and comply with regulatory requirements
• Complete all required training and commit to continuous improvement in operations.
