Responsibilities

• Operate molding tools and equipment with minimal supervision.
• Perform detailed quality inspections using gauges and fixtures; monitor quality.
• Follow SOPs and GMP/GDP; handle materials and operate automated equipment.
• Resolve complex issues; lead mold changes and collaborate with departments.
• Troubleshoot medical device molds.
• Operate solvent supply and disposal system for production and research.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
