Job summary

Intel in Kulim, Malaysia, is seeking an on-site technician with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field to perform setup, calibration, and preventative maintenance on production equipment. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related technical field.
Minimum 3-5 year of relevant technical/troubleshooting experience preferred.
Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and maintenance.
Familiarity with technical documentation and procedure.

Responsibilities

Performs electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning equipment used in the manufacturing process.
Performs setup, calibration, and preventative maintenance on production equipment.
Ability to work with precision instruments and equipment.
Works with Module Engineering to execute experiments and equipment configuration changes, supports data collection activities, and generally completes tasks per published procedures.
