Job summary

Pride Global in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Middle Office Operations professional to support end-to-end trade lifecycle across Financial Markets products. You will manage trade capture, amendments, lifecycle events, query remediation, and post-trade support while coordinating with Front Office, Operations, and Technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, banking, business, economics or related field.
• 5+ years in middle office or trade lifecycle operations within financial markets.
• Strong understanding of OTC derivatives and trade lifecycle processes.
• Experience supporting Front Office and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Familiarity with risk, audit and regulatory requirements in financial institutions.
• Analytical, problem-solving and clear communication skills.
• Experience leading process improvement or transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete trade lifecycle including capture, amendments, novations and events.
• Perform daily trade processing and query remediation with escalation as needed.
• Serve as primary Operations contact for Sales and Trading desks.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Technology, COO and Operations to improve workflows.
• Ensure operational readiness for new products and initiatives.
• Coordinate with regional/global teams to standardize processes.
• Monitor controls and regulatory compliance; support audits and closures.
• Produce MI and performance metrics to inform decisions.
• Drive automation and transformation across Middle Office Operations.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge.
