Job summary

Pine Labs Malaysia is seeking an Executive / Senior Executive – Merchant Onboarding to manage end-to-end merchant onboarding operations and ensure timely, accurate, and compliant merchant activation. The role involves KYC/KYB validation through bank submission, approval, activation, and deployment, with a focus on meeting SLAs and quality standards.

You will coordinate with partner banks and internal teams, resolve bottlenecks, monitor onboarding metrics, and support billing and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in onboarding, payments, fintech, or banking.
• Experience coordinating with banks and fintech partners.
• Strong Excel, MIS reporting, and process-tracking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end merchant onboarding lifecycle from KYC/KYB to activation.
• Coordinate with partner banks for submissions and activations.
• Ensure accuracy of onboarding data and adherence to SOPs.
• Track onboarding TAT, SLA adherence, and bottlenecks.
• Prepare monthly billing and commission reports.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve onboarding processes.
