Louis Vuitton (M) Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Merchandising Manager to drive retail merchandising strategies, translate global activation plans into store actions, and oversee visual merchandising across outlets.

You will partner with Retail, central Merchandising and VM to monitor performance, analyze data, optimize sell-through and inventory, and lead local teams toward retail excellence and an exceptional client journey.

Responsabilidades

• Shape and implement the retail assortment strategy reflecting priorities and Maison identity
• Lead activation plans, launches, events, and seasonal highlights tailored to local opportunities
• Monitor product lifecycle and performance; propose tactical adjustments to maximize sales
• Analyse store and regional performance metrics to inform inventory and display decisions
• Plan and follow stock and capacity to ensure the right product is in the right place
• Oversee retail activation and in-store storytelling for a seamless client journey
• Lead and oversee the visual merchandising strategy across retail environments
• Partner with store VM and teams to deliver high-quality execution and sales impact
• Track key metrics like sell-through and conversion to demonstrate impact
• Develop local merchandising teams and promote collaboration and excellence
• Interface between central merchandising, retail, marketing, and operations
• Foster alignment and accelerate decision cycles across functions
• Support store teams with actionable insights, training, and tools
• Champion client-centricity and embed market signals into actions
• Regularly report performance, risks, and opportunities to drive acceleration
