Louis Vuitton Malaysia is seeking a Merchandising Manager to translate global assortment and activation strategies into actionable plans at store and regional levels, overseeing offer optimization, launches, and in-store execution.

You will lead local merchandising teams, partner with central Merchandising and VM, monitor performance with data analytics, optimize sell-through and inventory, and ensure a seamless client journey across all stores.

Responsabilidades

• Shape and implement the retail assortment strategy reflecting commercial priorities and Maison identity.
• Lead activation plans for launches, events, and seasonal highlights tailored to local opportunities.
• Monitor product lifecycle and performance; propose adjustments to maximize sales and margin.
• Analyse store and regional performance metrics to drive data-informed decisions on inventory and display.
• Plan and follow up stock and capacity management to place the right product at the right time.
• Oversee retail activation from VM execution to in-store storytelling.
• Lead the execution of the Maison's visual merchandising strategy across stores.
• Partner with store VM teams to deliver high-quality visuals, monitor performance, and improve client experience.
• Track and report key metrics like sell-through, dwell time, and conversions.
