Job summary

Orangeleaf Consulting is seeking Software Developers to join our team and work on cutting-edge Mendix-based enterprise applications. You will transition from traditional coding to low-code development through targeted training and hands-on projects for Southeast Asian clients.

Roles include on-site client work with international travel, plus growth pathways into consultancy and management. We value proactive ownership, strong communication, and a drive to learn and succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering or related field.
• 1–5 years software development experience.
• Proficient in English and Japanese (N2).
• Experience with Scrum/Agile development methods.
• Interest in low-code technology; training provided.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative systems using Mendix.
• Participate in agile sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
• Define functional and technical software requirements.
• Conduct testing and maintenance for applications.
• Cultivate insights into clients' businesses to identify opportunities.
• Foster client relationships and communicate effectively with clients and supervisors.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions.
