Responsibilities

• Medical Governance & Technical Excellence: Establish and govern medical and underwriting frameworks, guidelines, referral protocols, and quality standards across all business segments, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, risk appetite, and emerging medical evidence.
• Affluent Underwriting Leadership: Architect and lead the underwriting strategy for Affluent segments, ensuring alignment with risk appetite, regulatory standards, and service excellence.
• Organizational Leadership & Change Management: Support the transition to a future-ready structure, including organizational redesign, new role creation, and consolidation of functions.
