You will partner with Medical Officers, underwriters, claims teams, and reinsurers to ensure fair, well-documented decisions aligned with risk appetite and regulatory requirements.

You will drive governance, training roadmaps, and change management to strengthen technical capability and support differentiated customer value

Qualifications

• Medical degree and insurance underwriting/claims experience.
• Strong risk assessment, underwriting and claims adjudication capabilities.
• Digital and analytical thinking with stakeholder communication skills.
