Job summary

Hirehub Management Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a senior engineer to lead complex mechanical and electromechanical equipment assembly, integration, troubleshooting, testing, and NPI activities.

The role requires strong technical problem-solving, independent decision-making, leadership, and effective communication with internal stakeholders and international customers. The successful candidate will ensure equipment is assembled, tested, and qualified per engineering drawings and customer requirements,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in equipment manufacturing or assembly.
• Experience in semiconductor equipment preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with CAD and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical and electromechanical equipment assembly and integration.
• Interpret drawings, GD&T, BOMs and work instructions.
• Oversee alignment, calibration, testing, and system integration.
• Identify and resolve assembly-related issues, including tolerances.
• Ensure equipment meets customer specs before shipment.
• Investigate manufacturing issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Develop solutions, tooling, and process improvements.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering and suppliers.
• Drive CAPA and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead NPI and equipment transfer projects with readiness assessments.
