Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
10+ years of experience in power plant design, review, and project supervision.
Strong knowledge of thermal power plants and relevant international codes.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines.
Design experience with gas/steam turbines, HRSG, boiler, BOP and piping.

Responsibilities

Prepare feasibility studies, conceptual designs, tender specs and due diligence for large power plants.
Evaluate EPC tenders and negotiate with contractors.
Review contractor designs for compliance with specs and codes.
Assist in proposing and implementing new technologies for plant systems.
Maintain clear client communication on project progress and constraints.
Coordinate with departments and vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
