NES Fircroft is seeking a Mechanical Lead for a hyperscale data center project in Port Dickson, Malaysia. The role focuses on technical and construction leadership of mechanical systems, ensuring safe, on-spec delivery and alignment with project programme.

The ideal candidate will oversee installation, testing, commissioning and handover, coordinating with client, consultants, contractors, and vendors to resolve interface issues and maintain quality across all mechanical disciplines.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical construction experience in large-scale building, infra, industrial or data center projects.
• Proficient in reviewing mechanical designs, shop drawings, and submittals.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Lead mechanical construction activities from installation through testing and handover.
• Provide technical oversight of HVAC, chilled water, cooling systems, piping and related infrastructure.
• Review equipment submissions, drawings and installation proposals for compliance.
• Coordinate with electrical, structural, civil and vendor teams to manage interfaces and resolve clashes.
• Monitor progress, manpower and quality against construction programme and drawings.
