NES Fircroft is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee delivery, receiving, inspection, storage, tracking, and distribution of construction materials for a hyperscale data center project in Port Dickson, Malaysia.

The role focuses on ensuring materials align with construction schedules, maintaining logistics records, and mitigating risks that could impact project delivery. Site-based work with strong English communication is essential.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline.
• 3–8 years of experience in construction logistics or related functions.
• Experience supporting large-scale construction, industrial, infrastructure, or data center projects preferred.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work fully site-based in Port Dickson, Malaysia, including Saturdays as required by the project.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate material and equipment deliveries, receiving, unloading, storage, tracking, and distribution per construction priorities.
• Monitor delivery schedules against the construction programme and follow up with suppliers and stakeholders on delays.
• Coordinate logistics for major data center equipment including generators, chillers, cooling towers, electrical systems, and MEP equipment.
• Track material status from procurement to site handover with accurate records.
• Support inspection processes and documentation such as RFI, AFI, MRI submissions.
• Liaise with client, project management, contractors, and vendors to resolve logistics issues.
