Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Senior Mechanical Equipment Engineer for an offshore energy FPSO project on a permanent basis. The role focuses on leading mechanical equipment package delivery and providing technical leadership within a multi-disciplinary team.

The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years in Oil & Gas, with strong expertise in equipment design, vendor coordination, and proven track record across procurement, manufacturing, testing and commissioning activities.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Strong background in mechanical package equipment engineering.
• Experience leading design, vendor coordination, procurement, fabrication, testing and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering and delivery of mechanical equipment packages throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with project specs, industry standards, and quality requirements.
• Support equipment reliability, operability, and safety objectives.
