As Senior Group Lead, Mechanical Engineering, you will set the technical vision, mentor a talented team, and deliver safe, reliable, and cost‑efficient solutions while driving standards and new technologies.

This role offers ownership, opportunities to influence flagship projects in the region and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
• Minimum 20 years of relevant mechanical engineering experience in Oil & Gas; offshore/FPSO experience strongly preferred.
• Proven general management capability, including people leadership and resource management.
• Experience leading EPC projects for FPSO and offshore equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and selection of specialty static and packaged equipment through FEED and detailed engineering phases for FPSO projects.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership; resolve complex engineering matters while meeting specifications and schedules.
• Mentor and develop team; drive performance reviews, recognition and capability building.
• Ensure adherence to codes and standards; drive continuous improvement and responsible for technical audits and reviews.
