Job summary

Two95 International Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support SAP Manufacturing modules and contribute to design and process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a degree or diploma in mechanical engineering, 3 years of experience, and proficiency with Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD and MS Office. You will collaborate with QA and other departments to enhance efficiency and quality across LDCS MY racks.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 3 years direct working experience.
• Proficient in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Independent self-starter and able to work with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update SAP Manufacturing Module (ERP).
• Assist in creating BOM, Routing, Production Versions, and Production Orders.
• Generate reports and documents to support process improvement activities.
• Learn and support LDCS MY rack design.
• Identify opportunities to improve in-house designs to reduce lead time and cost.
• Improve existing customized parts to be modular and compatible across all LDCS MY racks.
• Optimize raw material nesting to minimize scrap.
• Conduct case studies and efficiency reviews to enhance manufacturing processes.
• Work with QA Engineer to maintain and improve quality standards in production lines.
• Liaise with other departments for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Learn and follow the Legrand Way and enforce 5S standards.
• Support and deliver training sessions as required.
