Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of related experience.
• Strong mechanical design background and proficiency with SolidWorks.
• Excellent problem solving, written and oral communication skills.
• Familiarity with design tools such as FMEA, tolerance analysis and design for manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Designs products to support customer specifications in a precision machining environment.
• Create preliminary and detailed CAD drawings.
• Produce specifications, BOMs, and design calculations.
• Builds models and prototypes and tests the design.
• Develops control systems and monitors production.
• Provide engineering documentation and technical reports.
