Job summary

nSearch Global Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Material Planner to drive end-to-end material readiness and keep production uninterrupted using SAP and Kinaxis RapidResponse.

You will own CTB, run What-If simulations, monitor PR-to-PO, and lead supplier and inventory programs to optimize turns and minimize risks.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of proven experience in Material Planning or Inventory Control.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related quantitative discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP and Kinaxis RapidResponse.
• Experience in NPI and high-mix/low-volume manufacturing environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own the weekly Clear-to-Build (CTB) process via Kinaxis Rapid Response with 13-week visibility.
• Run What-If CTB simulations to assess impact of urgent orders on schedules and revenue.
• Monitor PR-to-PO pipeline and resolve bottlenecks from lead times, revisions, and EOL parts.
• Oversee EC implementations and calculate depletion dates to minimize E&O risk.
• Conduct quarterly lead-time and safety stock reviews to balance service levels and working capital.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Material Planner to spearhead our end-to-end material readiness strategy and keep production running without interruption. Using Kinaxis Rapid Response and SAP, you’ll optimize inventory health, mitigate supply chain risk, and act as the central point of contact between Engineering, Procurement, and our Global Customers to help drive company revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the weekly Clear-to-Build (CTB) process via Kinaxis Rapid Response, maintaining full visibility across a 13-week rolling demand horizon

Run advanced "What-If" CTB simulations to assess how urgent orders impact schedules and revenue

Monitor the PR-to-PO pipeline and proactively resolve bottlenecks from lead times, revisions, and End-of-Life (EOL) parts

Oversee Engineering Change (EC) implementations and calculate component depletion dates to minimize Excess & Obsolete (E&O) inventory risk

Conduct quarterly lead-time and Safety Stock reviews to balance service levels with working capital efficiency

Enhance Supplier/Vendor Managed Inventory (SMI/VMI) and Just-in-Time (JIT) programs to boost inventory turns

Lead daily GYAT meetings and weekly forecast reviews with Planning, Warehouse, and Production teams

Serve as the customer-facing focal point for consignment audits, cycle counts, and shipping priorities

Maintain data integrity via PIR updates and build Localization/Regionalization reports for strategic sourcing

Skills and Experience:

6–8 years of proven experience in Material Planning or Inventory Control

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline

Advanced, hands-on proficiency in SAP and Kinaxis RapidResponse

Experience in NPI and high-mix/low-volume (HMLV) manufacturing environments highly advantageous

Strong analytical skills and the ability to operate autonomously under pressure.
