Job summary

Brenntag Business Services Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a meticulous SAP Master Data Analyst to manage Material, Vendor and Customer records across the Asia Pacific region.

You will work with business users and IT to design and implement data solutions, lead data migration efforts, and monitor data quality to ensure adherence to master data governance. Responsibilities include maintaining data accuracy, supporting process improvements, training junior analysts, and documenting procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Business or related field.
• 3+ years experience in SAP or ERP systems.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution or shared services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SAP Master Data for Material, Vendor and Customer records.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams on requirements and designs.
• Lead special tasks/projects like acquisition integration and process automation.
• Assist in data migration of legacy data into SAP templates.
• Monitor data quality and drive cleansing to align with Master Data guidelines.
• Identify and propose improvements to master data processes and internal controls.
• Provide user support and training on master data forms and workflows.
• Maintain up-to-date process documents and work instructions.
