Job summary

Brenntag Group is seeking a Senior Analyst for Master Data based in Bandar Sunway, Malaysia. The role focuses on maintaining SAP master data for materials, vendors, and customers, while collaborating with Asia Pacific requestors to meet service levels.

You will study business requirements, lead data migration efforts, monitor data quality, and drive improvements. The position requires a Bachelor degree and 3+ years in SAP/master data environments, with strong bilingual communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business or related field.
• Experience with SAP Master Data and ERP systems.
• 3+ years in master data or SAP environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining SAP Master Data (Material, Vendor and Customer) based on requests from Asia Pacific users, ensuring timely updates per SLAs.
• Conduct business requirements studies and participate in design discussions between business users and technical teams.
• Lead special tasks/projects, such as acquisition integration and automatic business processes.
• Assist in data migration activities for importing legacy data into SAP templates during SAP rollout projects.
• Evaluate/monitor data quality in SAP and drive cleansing to align with Master Data guidelines.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of master data processes and internal controls.
• Provide ongoing user support and training on master data forms and workflow to ensure accuracy in SAP.
• Maintain up-to-date process documents and work instructions for the role.
• Provide training, evaluation and support to junior analysts.

## Senior Analyst, Master DataApply: Onsite: Bandar Sunway,Malaysia: Full time: Posted Today: JR113461# **Your Role** Perform transactional activities that enable regular addition of new records, update of existing records and marking of obsolete / duplicate records for deletion for all master data records. ## **Responsibilities** * Maintaining SAP Master Data (covering Material, Vendor and Customer) based on the request submitted from requestors from Asia Pacific completed on a timely basis based on defined service levels.* Conduct business requirements studies and participate design discussions between business users and technical teams.
