Job summary

Kanry Search in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a seasoned Lead Generation & Growth Marketing Specialist to drive B2B inquiries for a dynamic coworking space provider. You will plan and execute paid campaigns across Google, Meta and LinkedIn, and collaborate with events and sales teams.

This role requires 4-5 years in lead generation and growth marketing, with hands-on SEM expertise and strong analytical skills. You will manage the HubSpot CRM, track performance and optimize campaigns to convert leads

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business or related fields.
• 4–5 years of experience in lead generation and growth marketing.
• Hands-on experience in paid digital ads and offline B2B lead generation.
• Strong knowledge of SEM and paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Experience in coworking, real estate or B2B industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and optimise Google, Meta and LinkedIn ads to generate B2B leads, while supporting ad hoc digital marketing and events.
• Manage advertising budgets and improve campaign performance
• Develop SEO, website content and email marketing strategies
• Manage CRM systems (HubSpot) and follow up on leads
• Generate B2B leads through corporate outreach, referrals and partnerships
• Support marketing events and promotional activities
• Work closely with Sales teams to improve lead conversions
• Track marketing performance and prepare reports
