Job summary

Fountain Charm Sdn. Bhd. in Kajang is seeking a Senior Marketing Designer (Content & Multimedia) to craft compelling visuals for social media, print, and campaigns.

You will develop brand-aligned concepts and produce engaging content across major platforms. Responsibilities include designing for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and XHS, editing short-form videos, and delivering artwork for digital publishing and printing. English proficiency is required; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in graphic design, multimedia design or marketing is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on e-commerce.
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Video editing skills using CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro are an advantage.
• Good command of English; Mandarin is an added advantage for Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Senior Marketing Designer (Content & Multimedia)

Create attractive designs for social media, posters, banners, advertisements, menus, brochures, signage, and promotional materials.

Develop creative visual concepts that align with the company’s brand identity.

Create and edit short-form videos, social media reels and promotional videos for marketing campaigns.

Design engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (XHS) and other digital platforms.

Work closely with the Operations teams to develop creative materials for campaigns and promotions.

Edit and enhance photos, graphics, and other visual content.

Prepare artwork and final files for digital publishing and professional printing.

Maintain consistent branding, colours, typography, and visual standards across all materials.

Manage multiple design projects while ensuring quality and meeting deadlines.

Support promotional campaigns, events, product launches, festive campaigns, and seasonal activities.

Stay updated with the latest graphic design, social media, and lifestyle trends and contribute fresh creative ideas.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Marketing or a related field is preferred.

At least 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on e-commerce.

Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

Knowledge of PowerPoint, video editing or other design software will be an advantage.

Video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software are an advantage.

Good command of English; Mandarin is an added advantage, as the role requires communication with Mandarin-speaking team members and clients.

Creative, responsible, organised and attentive to detail.

Able to work independently and cooperate effectively with the team.

Able to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Experience in social media marketing will be an advantage.
