Job summary

Appnovation in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia seeks a multimedia designer to own and elevate our visual brand identity across digital and print channels.

You will craft print collateral, digital banners, UX/UI elements, and simple video content while ensuring brand consistency. A portfolio is required and proficiency in Chinese and English is essential. This role emphasizes versatility across media and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital design and multimedia content creation.
• Portfolio submission required.
• Experience in print production and brand identity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create print media collateral (leaflets, booklets, guides) for partner distribution.
• Design promotional banners and campaign assets for digital channels.
• Develop web assets, infographics, and refreshed UI/UX elements.
• Produce basic video tutorials and motion graphics for product launches.

The Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Multimedia Designer to own and elevate our visual brand identity across both digital and print channels.

What You'll Do

• Print Media & Collateral: Create high-quality leaflets, booklets, and informative guides for distribution across our network of partners (hospitals, community centers, and medical facilities).
• Digital Media & Marketing: Design promotional banners and campaign assets for digital channels, including our in-app newsfeed and social media platforms.
• UX & Graphic Design: Develop web assets, infographics, and refreshed UI/UX elements that optimize user interaction.
• Video Content Creation: Produce basic video tutorials and motion graphics to support new product feature launches and user onboarding.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain brand guidelines and evolve a cohesive visual design language across user touchpoints.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: Proven experience in digital design, print production, and multimedia content creation (prior experience in a design, marketing, or communication role is a plus).
• At least 2 years of experience
• Interested person to send portfolio
• Preference - service industry, professional services / health care industry
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with design and media tools, including Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, CapCut, and modern Generative AI tools.
• Languages: Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English is required.
• Design Versatility: Strong visual storytelling skills with a solid foundation in typography, layout, and multi-format design (print and digital)
• Attention to Detail: Maintain accurate service and healthcare information across all materials.
