Zurich Insurance in Malaysia is seeking an Executive Manager, Compliance Assurance to lead the compliance assurance program within the organization. The role focuses on developing and maintaining the assurance framework, coordinating with business units, and delivering timely governance reporting.

You will collaborate with LCO and other assurance providers to ensure effective coverage, manage findings, and drive continuous improvements in the assurance processes while maintaining high data

Responsabilités

• Develops, executes and maintains a Compliance Assurance strategy aligned with Zurich Compliance Program.
• Collaborates with business management to identify and manage compliance risks with data quality and timely reporting.
• Executes assurance activities from risk-based plans, including leading complex reviews and measurement against progress.
• Organizes and delivers projects within defined scope and timelines, supporting governance committees and management.
• Provides recommendations to improve effectiveness and simplify assurance processes; coordinates with other assurance providers.
