Qualifications

• Supervisory or team-leading experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in regulated environments (medical device/pharma) is a plus.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 and safety regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor production operators to meet quality and safety standards.
• Monitor daily output and schedules; adapt to changing production needs.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations with regular briefings.
• Conduct quality inspections and implement corrective actions.
• Manage production documentation for traceability and compliance.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, and Planning for smooth operations.
• Investigate issues and implement preventive measures against recurrence.
• Develop and maintain production standards, work instructions, and SOPs.
• Report production metrics to senior management (output, quality, safety).
