Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a Senior Manufacturing & Quality Engineer for medical devices and consumer electronics. You will ensure hardware products, processes, fixtures, tooling, and quality systems are designed, validated, and maintained for mass production.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Electrical or Quality Engineering.
10+ years in manufacturing process support, engineering, or quality roles.
Experience taking hardware from NPI to mass production in high-volume envs.
Knowledge of medical devices or consumer electronics manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Lead development and maintenance of manufacturing processes, fixtures, and tools.
Optimize fabrication, assembly, testing, and packaging for quality and cost.
Ensure suppliers and CM meet design, fabrication, and quality specs.
Drive NPI programs from early development through mass production.
Lead yield improvements, cost reductions, and process validation.
Apply pFMEA, CAPA, and QMS to resolve issues across ops.
Collaborate with CM/JDM/ODM/OEM partners on quality expectations.
Work with EMS and component suppliers to resolve issues remotely or onsite.
Support world-class hardware operations and end-to-end supply chain.
Travel regionally to support suppliers and production sites.
