Job summary

TE Connectivity Malaysia seeks an SR MFG & PROCESS DVL ENGINEER to lead manufacturing process development and equipment qualification. You will define end-to-end processes, coordinate DFx reviews, and drive PFMEA with a core TE team while ensuring quality and efficiency.

The role requires a bachelor degree in engineering with around seven years of related experience, strong coordination and communication, and a focus on cost-effective, compliant production. Onsite in Malaysia with 10–25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering; 7 years in related field.
• Strong coordination and communication skills; accountability and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Define, review and confirm entire manufacturing process from start to finish.
• Coordinate DFx reviews and initiate PFMEA with core team members.
• Lead qualification and documentation for processes, tools and equipment.
• Coach, train and develop operators and technicians for continuous improvement.
