TE Connectivity Malaysia is seeking a MFG & PROCESS DVL ENGINEER II to drive manufacturing process development and tool/equipment qualification for new projects. You will lead a cross-functional team, review DFМ and PFMEA, and ensure documentation and process specs meet TE standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on process optimization, operator coaching, and collaboration with suppliers to achieve cost reductions while maintaining quality and safety.

Formación

• Bechalor degree in engineering with related background.
• 7 years' working experience in related field.
• Strong coordination and communication skills; accountability, integrity, and customer focus.

Responsabilidades

• Define, review and confirm the entire manufacturing process from start to finish.
• Coordinate DFМ review and PFMEA with core team members.
• Prepare documentation and process specifications for production.
• Lead team in identification, tracking and resolution of engineering issues (FACA).
• Continuous process improvement with TE OA tools for cost reduction.
• Evaluate, design and review tooling, fixtures and equipment for new projects.
• Upload tooling prints to TE data management system and coordinate with suppliers.
• Qualify manufacturing tools, fixtures and equipment and coordinate pilot runs.
• Coach and develop operators and technicians to ensure skill upgrades.
