Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a Senior Supervisor Manufacturing in Penang, Malaysia. You will lead a production team, mentor supervisors, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while managing resources and cross-functional partners.

You will drive continuous improvements, support new product introductions, and develop team members through coaching in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6–8 years in manufacturing or medical devices.
• Formal management or team-lead experience preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced, global manufacturing environment.
